Terms & conditions
Last updated: 27 September 2026
DnB Allstars is run by DNBA Entertainment Ltd. These terms cover tickets to our events, what happens at our events, our merchandise store, and this website and our app. We have written them in plain English. Nothing in them takes away any right you have under the law that cannot be taken away by a contract.
In short
- Tickets are sold by ticket partners (FIXR, Megatix, Moshtix and Flicket). We are the promoter of our shows unless the event page names another promoter.
- You can't cancel a ticket just because you've changed your mind or can't go. You can pass it on using the ticket partner's transfer tool, where the event allows it.
- If we cancel a show, you get the ticket price back. If we move it, your ticket is valid for the new date, and you can ask for a refund if you can't make it (if we set a deadline for asking, it will be at least 30 days).
- Support acts and set times can change for reasons outside our control, or for safety or licensing reasons, and that isn't a reason for a refund. Losing a headliner we can't replace is.
- No valid photo ID, no entry. Searches are a condition of entry. We have a zero-tolerance drugs policy.
- Our events are photographed and filmed, and you may appear in that footage.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
1.1 DnB Allstars is a trading name of DNBA Entertainment Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11593420. Our registered office is 5-9 Headstone Road, Harrow, England, HA1 1PD. Our VAT number is GB379473836. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean DNBA Entertainment Ltd, and "you" means anyone who buys or holds a ticket, comes to one of our events, buys from our store, or uses this website or our app.
1.2 These terms apply to:
- tickets for events where we are the promoter named on the event page or your ticket, and your attendance at those events (sections 3 to 18);
- orders from our merchandise store (section 19); and
- this website, the DnB Allstars app, our newsletter and anything you send us (sections 20 to 22).
1.3 When you buy a ticket for an event we promote, your contract for entry to that event is with us. The ticket partner that sells it to you acts as our agent for the sale.
1.4 Some shows, mainly outside the UK, are promoted by a local partner, with DnB Allstars as the brand or headline act. For those shows the event page says "Promoter:" followed by the local promoter's name. If the event page doesn't name a promoter other than us, we are the promoter. Your ticket contract is with that promoter, and the promoter's own terms decide refunds, changes and entry, together with the ticket partner's terms and local law. For those shows, these terms apply only to your use of this website and anything else we supply to you directly.
1.5 If you buy tickets for other people, please make sure they know about these terms. They apply to everyone who uses a ticket.
2. Other terms that also apply
2.1 As well as these terms, the following apply when you buy a ticket:
- The ticket partner's terms, which you accept at checkout. They cover the partner's own service: your account, booking and transaction fees, payment, delivering your ticket and processing refunds.
- The event page. The age limit, times, last entry, cashless rules, transfer rules and anything else stated on the event page when you buy form part of your contract.
- The venue's rules on entry and conduct, as shown at the venue or published by it.
2.2 If the event page gives a specific rule for one show, that rule applies to that show instead of anything more general in these terms. On anything about the ticket partner's own service, the partner's terms apply. On anything about the event itself (entry, conduct, changes, cancellation and refunds of the ticket price), these terms apply.
2.3 If any of these documents could be read in more than one way, the reading more favourable to you applies.
3. Buying tickets
3.1 Only buy tickets from the link on our event page, the DnB Allstars app, or the ticket partner named on the event page. We can't check, honour or refund tickets bought anywhere else, including resale sites and social media, and they may be refused at the door.
3.2 Our ticket partners are FIXR (VIPR Digital Limited) for UK and European shows, including the checkout that opens on our event pages and the DnB Allstars app; Megatix for DnB Allstars Thailand and some Australian shows; and Moshtix and Flicket for other shows in Australia and New Zealand. The event page tells you which one applies.
3.3 Before you buy, check the date, venue, times, age limit and ticket type on the event page. Once your order is confirmed we can't change it because you picked the wrong event, date or ticket type, unless the ticket partner offers a way to do this.
3.4 We and our ticket partners may set a limit on how many tickets one person can buy. We may cancel tickets bought over that limit, or bought using automated software, and refund the price of those tickets.
3.5 Buying a ticket doesn't get you in if you are under the age limit for the event (section 7). Some ticket partners (for example FIXR) let people aged 16 and over open an account, but our events are for adults. Please don't buy a ticket for anyone under the age limit.
4. Prices, fees and paying
4.1 We set the ticket price. The ticket partner may add a booking fee and other charges for its own service. The ticket partner's checkout should show you the total you'll pay, including every compulsory fee, before you confirm your order. If it doesn't, please tell us.
4.2 Tickets are released in tiers (for example 1st Release, 2nd Release, Final Release) and the price usually goes up with each tier. You pay the price of the tier on sale when you buy. When we say a release is the final one, it is.
4.3 Tickets are priced in the currency shown at checkout. Refunds are paid in the same currency. We don't cover changes in exchange rates or fees your card provider charges for foreign currency.
4.4 Payment plans. Some checkouts let you pay in instalments, either on the ticket partner's own instalment or payment plan, or with credit from a lender such as Klarna or Clearpay. The checkout tells you which one you're using.
- Instalment and payment plans for our shows (for example on FIXR or Megatix). You must pay every instalment by its due date. Your ticket is issued once the final instalment has been paid, and you can't cancel the plan just because you've changed your mind. If payments fail and you don't pay after being reminded, your order may be cancelled. If that happens, we'll make sure what you've already paid is refunded, less the ticket partner's fees. If the ticket partner won't make that refund, we'll pay it ourselves. This applies whatever the ticket partner's terms say.
- Credit from a lender. That is a separate credit agreement between you and the lender, and the lender's agreement tells you what happens to your payments if a show is cancelled.
4.5 Refund protection. Some ticket partners sell optional refund protection (for example FIXR's Ticket Refund Protection or Moshtix's Secure Tickets). It is a separate product from a separate provider, and claims are made to that provider.
5. Changing your mind
5.1 Tickets are for a leisure event on a specific date, so the 14-day right to cancel that applies to most things bought online does not apply to them (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(h)). Once your order is confirmed you can't cancel it or get a refund because you've changed your mind or can't go.
5.2 This doesn't affect your rights if we cancel, move or significantly change an event (sections 10 to 12), or if we don't do what we promised.
6. Your ticket, transfers and resale
6.1 Your ticket is usually a QR code or barcode in the app, the ticket partner's app or an email. Each code lets one person in once. Keep it private and don't post it online: if a copy is scanned before you arrive, you may be refused entry.
6.2 We can only replace a lost or stolen ticket if the ticket partner can reissue it to the original buyer, and the partner may charge for this.
6.3 Transfers. If you can't go, you can pass your ticket to someone else only by using the ticket partner's transfer or resale tool, where the partner offers it for that event. Forwarding a ticket, screenshot or code is not a transfer. If you bought several tickets in one order and transfers aren't available, your group must arrive and go in together. Any transfer or name-change fee is shown by the ticket partner when you make the change. The person you transfer to must meet the age limit and these terms.
6.4 Resale. You must not sell or offer a ticket for more than you paid for it, or sell it anywhere other than through the ticket partner's own tool. You must not use tickets as prizes or in promotions or hospitality packages without our written permission.
6.5 If a ticket is resold or offered for sale in breach of 6.4, we may cancel that ticket without a refund and refuse entry to whoever presents it. We will only do this where we reasonably believe there has been a breach, and we will not cancel other tickets in the same order unless they were resold too.
6.6 If you buy a ticket from anyone other than an official source, any problem is between you and the seller.
6.7 Wristbands, where used, must be worn for the whole event and are not valid if removed, damaged or passed on.
7. Age limits and ID
7.1 Every event has a minimum age, shown on the event page or your ticket. If neither shows one, the minimum age is 18. DnB Allstars Thailand is 20+ only.
7.2 Bring valid, in-date photo ID showing your date of birth, such as a passport, photo driving licence, national ID card or, in the UK, a PASS card with the hologram. Photocopies, photos of ID and expired documents are not accepted. Venues may have their own list of accepted ID, and the event page will say if so.
7.3 If you can't prove that you meet the age limit, you won't be let in and your ticket won't be refunded, whatever ticket you hold.
7.4 Bars may ask for ID again when you buy alcohol, whatever your age. Anyone using someone else's ID, or a fake or altered ID, will be refused entry or removed, and the ID may be handed to the police.
8. Getting in: searches and prohibited items
8.1 To get in you need a valid ticket, proof that you meet the age limit, and to arrive before last entry. Door times are on the event page, and so is the last-entry time where there is one. If you arrive after last entry you may be refused entry without a refund.
8.2 Searches. Being searched is a condition of entry. Security may search you and your belongings on entry and at any time during the event, and may use scanners or detection dogs. If you refuse, you'll be refused entry or asked to leave, without a refund.
8.3 Prohibited items. Don't bring illegal drugs, psychoactive substances or nitrous oxide; weapons or anything that could be used as one; fireworks, flares or laser pens; glass or your own alcohol; professional cameras, audio recorders or drones (see section 14); or anything else the venue or the event page lists. Security may refuse entry with, or take, prohibited items. Illegal items may be handed to the police. We and the venue don't have to store other items you're asked to hand over, so leave anything valuable at home. If you need to bring medication, bring the prescription or a doctor's letter, and email events@dnballstars.com in advance if you can.
8.4 Drugs. We have a zero-tolerance drugs policy at every event, in every country. Anyone found with drugs, or reasonably suspected of using or supplying them, will be refused entry or removed without a refund, may be banned from future events, and may be handed to the police. Penalties in some countries where we hold events are severe.
8.5 There is no re-entry unless the event page says otherwise. Some venues are cashless, and the event page will say so.
8.6 Access needs. If you have access needs or need a companion ticket, email events@dnballstars.com before you buy and we'll tell you what the venue offers.
9. Behaviour, refusal and removal
9.1 We want everyone to have a good night. We, the venue and security staff may refuse you entry, or remove you, without a refund, if we reasonably believe that you:
- are drunk or under the influence of drugs;
- are violent, threatening, abusive or harassing towards anyone, or touch anyone without their consent;
- behave in a discriminatory way, including because of someone's race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability;
- damage property, climb on structures, go into restricted areas or interfere with the show;
- refuse a search, won't show ID, or ignore a reasonable safety instruction from staff; or
- break these terms, the venue's rules or the law in some other way.
9.2 Anyone removed may be banned from future DnB Allstars events. You're responsible for any damage you cause.
9.3 If we refuse you entry or remove you for a reason that isn't your fault (for example the venue is over capacity because of our mistake), we'll refund the price of your ticket.
10. Changes to an event
10.1 Line-up changes. Artists can pull out or change set times because of illness, travel, visa problems or other things outside anyone's control. For those reasons, or for safety or licensing reasons, we may change the line-up, running order, set times, stages and production. A change of support act, set time, stage or running order made for those reasons, or for safety or licensing reasons, is not a reason for a refund.
10.2 Headliners. If an artist billed as the headliner (or one of the headliners) of a show pulls out and we can't replace them with an act of similar standing, we'll tell you as soon as we can, and you can ask for a refund of your ticket price under section 13.
10.3 Significant changes. If we move a show to a different town or city, or make any other change that makes the event significantly different from what you bought, we'll tell you as soon as we can and you can choose to keep your ticket or ask for a refund of the ticket price. A change of line-up covered by 10.1, bad weather, or a late start is not a significant change on its own.
10.4 Paid-for extras. If you bought a ticket type with extras described on the event page (for example a VIP area, seating, a private bar or a queue jump) and we don't provide an extra you paid for, we'll refund the difference between your ticket and the standard ticket for that show, or the whole ticket price if the extra was the main reason for the ticket.
10.5 An area, room or stage may be closed for a while if it's full or for safety reasons. This isn't a reason for a refund, unless 10.4 applies.
11. Rescheduled events
11.1 If we move a show to a new date, your ticket is automatically valid for the new date, and you don't need to do anything to keep it.
11.2 If you can't make the new date, you can ask for a refund of your ticket price. We'll tell you how to ask. We may set a deadline for asking, which will be at least 30 days from the announcement and will be shown on the event page and in the email we send you. If there's a deadline and you haven't asked by then, your ticket stays valid for the new date but can no longer be refunded. If we haven't set a deadline, you can ask at any time before the new date.
11.3 If we later cancel the rescheduled show, section 12 applies.
12. Cancelled or stopped events
12.1 If we cancel a show and don't reschedule it, you'll get a refund of your ticket price. We'll tell you how the refund will be paid. Refunds for cancelled shows don't run out: if yours hasn't reached you, contact us at any time and, if the ticket partner can no longer process it, we'll pay it ourselves.
12.2 If we offer you a credit or a ticket to another show instead, it's your choice. You can always take the refund.
12.3 If one day of a multi-day event is cancelled but the others go ahead, you'll get a proportionate refund for the cancelled day.
12.4 If a show has to be stopped once it has started, for example on the instructions of the police, the venue or a licensing authority, or because of severe weather or a power failure:
- if half or less of the advertised event time has taken place, you can ask for a refund of your ticket price under section 13;
- if more than half has taken place and the cause was outside our reasonable control (section 18), there is no refund; and
- if more than half has taken place but the show was stopped because of something we did or failed to do, you can ask for a proportionate refund.
13. How refunds work
13.1 Refunds are paid by the ticket partner to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid, unless we tell you otherwise. They usually take 5 to 10 working days to reach your account once processed, depending on the ticket partner and your bank.
13.2 "Ticket price" in these terms means the price of the ticket. Booking and transaction fees are charged by the ticket partner for its service, and the partner's terms decide whether they're refunded, unless the law says they must be.
13.3 We don't give refunds because you can't go, arrive late, are refused entry or removed under these terms, don't meet the age limit, can't show valid ID, or lose your ticket.
13.4 Chargebacks. Please contact us or the ticket partner before disputing a card payment with your bank. If a ticket is the subject of a card dispute, it may be cancelled while the dispute is open. The ticket partner may also recover sums from you under its own terms if the dispute has no proper basis.
14. Photography and filming
14.1 Our events are photographed and filmed by us and by people we authorise. Some, including the DnB Allstars 360 series, are filmed to be streamed or published on YouTube and elsewhere.
14.2 By coming to an event, you accept that you may appear in photos, video and sound recordings of the crowd, and that we may use them to record and promote DnB Allstars events, on our website, app, social media and YouTube and in the media, without paying you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle this and your right to object.
14.3 If you have a particular reason not to appear, tell the crew or security at the event and email privacy@dnballstars.com. We'll do what we reasonably can, including taking you out of footage we control, but we can't guarantee you won't appear in wide shots or live streams.
14.4 You're welcome to take photos and short clips on your phone for personal use, unless the venue says otherwise. Don't record or stream whole sets, don't use recordings commercially, and don't bring professional equipment, without our written permission.
14.5 Venues use CCTV for safety and crime prevention.
15. Your safety and your belongings
15.1 Our events have loud music, strobe and laser lighting, haze and large crowds. If you have a condition that could be affected, such as epilepsy or a heart condition, get medical advice before coming. We recommend ear protection. Follow the instructions of staff, signs and announcements.
15.2 If you or a friend feel unwell, tell a member of staff, welfare or medical team straight away. You won't get into trouble for asking for help.
15.3 Look after your belongings. We're not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property unless it's caused by our negligence. Cloakrooms and lockers are usually run by the venue on its own terms. Lost property is normally held by the venue, so contact the venue first, then us at events@dnballstars.com.
16. Travel, accommodation and events abroad
16.1 A ticket gets you into the event, nothing more. Travel, accommodation and everything else you arrange are your responsibility. We recommend you take out travel insurance, especially for shows abroad, and don't book non-refundable travel before dates are confirmed.
16.2 Where our websites list or link to hotels, villas, transport or other services (for example accommodation near DnB Allstars Thailand), those are independent businesses and your contract is with them, unless we have expressly sold you a package that includes them.
16.3 For shows outside the UK you're responsible for having the right passport, visa and other travel documents, and for following local law. Age limits, ID rules, licensing hours and search policies differ between countries and venues, so check the event page.
16.4 The law of the country where a show takes place, or where you live, may give you extra rights, particularly on refunds and changes. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
17. Our responsibility to you
17.1 We'll run our events with reasonable care and skill, as the law requires.
17.2 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.
17.3 Subject to 17.1 and 17.2, we're not responsible for:
- loss that wasn't a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care (loss is foreseeable if it was obvious, or if we both knew it might happen when you bought your ticket);
- travel, accommodation or other costs you incur, unless they are a foreseeable result of our negligence or our breaking these terms; or
- business losses, because our tickets are for personal use.
17.4 Venues, co-promoters and our other suppliers are independent businesses. We're responsible for the acts of people acting as our agents or contractors, including our ticket partners when they sell tickets for us, but not otherwise for independent businesses.
18. Events beyond our control
18.1 Sometimes a show can't go ahead as planned because of something outside our reasonable control: for example severe weather, fire or flood, an epidemic, an order of a government, court, police or licensing authority, the venue losing its licence or closing, strikes, a failure of power or transport, terrorism or civil unrest, or a headline artist's illness, injury or travel problems.
18.2 If that happens, sections 10 to 13 set out what you're entitled to, including a refund where they say so. We're not responsible for any other loss caused by it, except where the law says otherwise.
19. Merchandise
19.1 Our official store is shop.dnballstars.com (allstars.store takes you to the same store). It's run by us. Your order is also covered by the store's returns and refunds policy and shipping policy. If anything on the store's pages, including its terms of service, gives you fewer rights than this section or the law, this section and the law apply.
19.2 Changing your mind. You can cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it (or the last item, if it comes in parts). Tell us within that time, by email or any other clear message, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. This includes sale items. You pay the cost of sending them back, and we recommend a tracked service. We'll refund the price and our standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting the items back, or of you showing us proof that you've posted them if that is sooner.
19.3 Please send items back unworn and unwashed. You can handle them as you would in a shop, but if they've been used beyond what you'd need to check them, we may reduce your refund to reflect the drop in value.
19.4 You can't return earrings, earplugs or swimwear bottoms for a change of mind once the hygiene seal or liner has been removed, or items made or personalised for you.
19.5 Faulty or wrong items. If an item is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. You can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you can ask for a repair or replacement, and if that isn't possible or doesn't work, a partial or full refund. We pay the return postage on faulty or wrong items. These rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and are in addition to your right to change your mind.
19.6 Delivery times on the store are estimates and run from dispatch. Pre-orders ship on the date shown on the product page, and you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund before it ships. Orders sent to a different country from the warehouse they ship from (in the UK or Australia) may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival, which you pay to the carrier.
19.7 To return an item or ask about an order, email support@dnballstars.com.
19.8 Merchandise bought in person at an event can be returned if it's faulty, but the 14-day change-of-mind right in 19.2 only applies to online orders.
20. This website and the app
20.1 This website is run by us. The DnB Allstars name and logos, and the text, photos, video, artwork and design on our websites, app and social media, belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You can view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use and link to our pages. You can't otherwise copy, sell or use it commercially without our written permission. Artists' names, images and music belong to them and their rights holders.
20.2 Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to get unauthorised access, uploading harmful code, scraping it, using bots to buy tickets, or interfering with the ticket checkout.
20.3 What we tell you about an event before you buy is part of your contract, but details can change as these terms explain. The event page shows the current details. Past events, older blog posts and old line-ups are kept as an archive and may be out of date. If we make a mistake in a price or description, we'll correct it and, if it affects an order you've already placed, give you the choice of keeping the order at the correct price or a refund.
20.4 Ticket checkouts that open on our event pages are provided by the ticket partner. The data you enter there goes to that partner, under its privacy notice as well as ours.
20.5 Our site links to ticket partners, our store, YouTube, social networks and other sites that have their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control them.
20.6 The DnB Allstars app for iOS and Android is provided for us by FIXR (VIPR Digital Limited). FIXR's terms and the app store's terms apply to the app itself. These terms apply to the events you buy tickets for in it.
20.7 We may change or withdraw parts of the website. We try to keep it running and secure, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
21. Things you send us, competitions and newsletters
21.1 If you send us photos, videos, comments or other material, or tag us on social media, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it isn't unlawful or offensive. You keep ownership of it, and you give us a free, worldwide licence to use it to promote DnB Allstars, crediting you where we can. If you later want it taken down, email privacy@dnballstars.com and we'll remove it from channels we control.
21.2 Competitions and giveaways have their own rules, published with each one.
21.3 Our newsletter is optional. We only send marketing where you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by emailing privacy@dnballstars.com. Messages about an event you hold a ticket for, such as a change of date or venue, are service messages, not marketing, and we may send them even if you've opted out of marketing.
21.4 Reviews and testimonials we publish are genuine and attributed to their source.
22. Privacy
Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights. When you buy a ticket, the data you give at checkout goes to the ticket partner, which handles it under its own privacy notice, and is shared with us so we can run the event, as our privacy policy explains.
23. Complaints and contact
23.1 If something goes wrong at an event, tell a member of staff at the time so we can try to fix it there and then.
23.2 Otherwise, email us with the event or order, your order reference and what happened:
- Events and tickets: events@dnballstars.com
- Merchandise: support@dnballstars.com
- Privacy, photos and takedowns: privacy@dnballstars.com
- Anything else: info@dnballstars.com, or the form on our contact page
- Post: DNBA Entertainment Ltd, 5-9 Headstone Road, Harrow, England, HA1 1PD
23.3 We aim to reply within 5 working days. If the problem is with the ticket partner's checkout, account or payment, please contact the partner as well.
23.4 If we can't resolve your complaint, you can take it to court. In the UK, Citizens Advice can give you free advice about your rights.
24. General
24.1 Changes to these terms. We may update these terms, for example when the law, our ticket partners or the way we run events change. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase. We won't change the terms of a ticket you've already bought in a way that is worse for you. The date at the top shows when these terms were last updated.
24.2 If a court decides any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
24.3 If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
24.4 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business, but only if your rights aren't reduced. You can only transfer a ticket as section 6 allows.
24.5 These terms are between you and us, and no one else can enforce them.
24.6 Law and courts. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts there. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of that country, and you may be able to bring a claim in its courts.
24.7 These terms replace the previous "Terms of Service" page on this website.
