DNBA Entertainment Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as DnB Allstars, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you visit our websites, attend our events, buy from us or subscribe to our communications.

2. Personal data we collect
2.1 Information you give us
Such as your name, email address, phone number and billing details when you buy tickets or merchandise, enter a competition, contact us or sign up for updates.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.
2.3 Information from third parties
Such as ticketing platforms, payment providers and social networks, where you have allowed them to share it with us.
3. How we use your personal data
To process orders and tickets, run and secure our events, respond to enquiries, improve our websites and services, and (with your consent) send you marketing.
3.1 Photos and filming at events
Our events are photographed and filmed, and some (including DnB Allstars 360) are streamed or published on YouTube and social media. You may appear in crowd footage. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interests in recording and promoting our events. You can object at any time: tell the crew or security at the event, or email privacy@dnballstars.com with a link to the image or clip, and we will remove or blur it where we reasonably can in channels we control. See section 14 of our terms.
4. Consent for marketing communications
We only send marketing by email, SMS or WhatsApp where you have opted in.
4.1 Withdrawing consent
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and, only with your consent, analytics, functional and marketing cookies. See our cookie policy.
6. Who we share your data with
Trusted service providers who help us operate, including ticketing platforms, payment processors, hosting and analytics providers, and email/SMS/WhatsApp platforms. They may only use your data to provide their services to us.
7. Advertising and audience targeting
With your consent, we may use advertising tools from providers such as Meta, TikTok and Google to show relevant adverts and measure their performance.
8. International data transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
